Our Mentor–in-Confidence (MIC) service is the highest level of professional mentoring available in the counselling market and is an amalgam of business coach, life coach, executive coach and oracle mentor.
The service provides the CEO, directors and “C” suite executives with confidential advice (hence the name) and technical support in a manner that is ‘invisible’ to the client’s organization and its staff, but with the approval of the board of that organization.

Thierry is a French National based in the UK. He brings over 25 years international experience (Europe, America, Asia..) with a thorough understanding of the opportunities and challenges in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail world from Strategy to Execution.

Peter is a Danish National based in Indonesia and services Asia. Peter is an innovative and entrepreneurial international senior executive experienced in setting up and managing new and existing business units worldwide, whilst generating results by focusing on financial targets.
He has extensive experience in start-up operations, particularly in understanding and managing the people-side of organisations with an additional talent for crosscultural management.
His speciality lies in global sourcing and quality assurance in the fashion industry, where he has dedicated over 30 years of his life living and working in many countries worldwide.
Paul is a British national based in Chile and operates across the Americas. His areas of expertise are Strategy, Knowledge Management, Technology Management and how to align these as a platform for innovation. From an industry perspective he is highly experienced in financial services, professional services, retail and the utilities business.
Having worked in 15 countries, started up businesses from scratch in eight countries and being a keen observer of local cultures puts Paul in a class of his own in terms of cross-cultural entrepreneurship. For over twenty years he was on the global leadership teams of world-class consulting firms, serving the boards and CXO of blue-chip companies such as Zurich FS, Banco Santander, Mercedes Benz, Orica, Allianz-AGF, Nestle, ENDESA… which has exposed him to a broad set of corporate challenges.
Paul is also involved in the academic world, with a doctorate in business administration and having authored one book, co-authored another three, and published over thirty research papers in peer reviewed journals. He lectures in Strategy and Knowledge Management.
Jack is based in Australia and services Australia, The Pacific and supports all global activity. Jack is an experienced corporate strategist. His professional career has been marked by exceptional achievements including five years spent as Director in Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting Practice and a client list of hundreds of notable corporations.
His qualifications include a Doctorate of Business Administration (in organisational accountability to shareholders and shareholder metrics and their implications on business planning); a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Economics). He was an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University (2009-2015). Jack is author of 7 books on various topics.

A Mentor-In-Confidence (MIC) is a professional, very senior and generally mature person with a broad and deep understanding of people, organizations, commercial processes, political processes and organizational systems and structures.
The MIC has superior talents in identifying root causes of issues and quickly providing options for action.

A Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a specialist (i.e. expert) in one or more disciplines relating to business and organisations.
The title of “Expert” is one that we determine based on qualifications, experience, achievements and validated testimonials in the SME’s chosen areas of speciality.
We undertake a rigorous process of validating a SME’s credentials before we offer them to our clients.
A MIC can introduce a SME as required by the client. The initial one to two-hour discussion between the SME and the client are commonly free of charge.
The client may wish to engage the SME for a project or assignment following the initial discussion. In such a case, any commercial arrangements are between the SME and client. The initial meeting between the SME and the client are not used to sell the SME’s services to the client, but rather to help the client deal with the issues that brought the SME to the table.
The SME’s provide independent and expert advice to the client. Generally, they present to the client options and an understanding of the implications of those options. They are aware of current thinking on the issues related to their areas of expertise.
MICs can organise and facilitate intensive confidential workshops to target/solve/brainstorm specific client issues. SMEs may be invited to participate in or lead workshops for a fee.
